“Journey itself begins with falling for your profession”
Hello this is Neha Thawani , I have completed my schooling from Saint Xaviers School Adipur and pursued my graduation in Bachelors Of Computer Engineering.
I would love to share my experience of 2 weeks of training at mobiquity.
By the ending of the time cheering with your peers that are getting into something or the other organizations or choosing their partners you are still sitting in the parks with those blank feelings and fake promises of words , criticising fortunes and bad luck. When the boat of life sinking getting deeper and not a single hope of a dry land. Looking around it was all oceanic and above was the fading sun and the feeling of being directionless. Life after college really sucks was proved. When its either world from which everything has to be kept hidden the time is ambiguous or its you when everything gets bumped into one thing every time and ahhh till the time you realise you were born with glittering veins and happiness is irresistible to share. No more staying in the shells to prevent from being questioned or attacked about career. It’s just that being usually surrounded by so many and then suddenly when aloof and lost. The feeling that the education is a waste. Waiting to take over the responsibilities, waiting to set the alarm clocks, waiting for the clock’s hands to move faster. And when the wait ends, it’s a new place and a new world with new people, mixed emotions, Surrounded by variety of questions again about the work the organization as well as people of the organization First day at school, First day at college followed by first day of your job every time it’s a new story new experience, but this was the day full of surprises. Time is on the other side. The feeling that itself increases you enthusiasm to work. It’s amazing to work in such an environment, the environment that making work and life more comfortable. The phase changes comes with a surrounding and given tasks to perform to blend with the peers ,some exciting tasks so that you get to know each other, being familiar with peers as well as the beginning of career. Getting over by oneself , provided a platform to perform. As the day moves ahead it becomes more fun you get to know more about the organization and its works which accelerates to work for it more and more. Now it’s not only it people but its works. The Fun with the lunches and laughter punches ends question’s quenches, followed by dinners, which makes you feel wow at a new place but with your people this time , the organization is not only a platform but now a matter of pride that values its people, and thus gathering all the pieces of your shattered dreams.
The package of surprises was resembling a multistoried cake with multiple flavors and toppings on each floor. With the third day teaching to be professional. Day by day gaining confidence to work to communicate to present oneself, Molding into a professional person ,in this corporate world. Three days you wish that should never come to an end and you don’t even miss a single word of the lady. Every morning makes you feel you are dreaming but also injects that energy to go to office with a smile on your face and pride on shoulders and the thought in the mind, “It is if you fall only then you know how to get up” .
N than this lady from overseas with all her excitement for indian on ramp, for the inner cores of technical trainees!!!
Making them work harder,its not jus mugging up the concepts for her , but linking wih real life application though with amplified dedication,
With the combinations of her hard work and teaching and our dedication for learning the training is on…
The training really added days to life, she taught us “To grow you have to let go”. Than the organization has made me fallen for my profession. The biggest adventure of my life and that is nothing but I am living my dream finally. With the best supporting hr team and guiding ltech leads and a motivating director, there is no greater joy than being with MOBIQUITY family.
